If you want to go far, go together.

  • At previous firms, I often saw opportunities to improve a client’s Salesforce instance but couldn’t act on them due to strict scope limitations or dwindling support hours—often billed at $225+ per hour. As someone who genuinely cares about my clients, is passionate about Salesforce, and has a touch of perfectionism, this always felt wrong. I started BluePeak CRM to change that. My goal is to ensure clients maximize the value of their Salesforce investment, where continuous improvement is the standard, not an afterthought.

  • Experience has shown us that seasoned Salesforce professionals work 3-4 times faster than junior or entry-level admins, make smarter configuration decisions, more easily spot opportunities for improvement, and provide unmatched guidance in platform design. Entrusting this powerful tool to someone without years of experience often leads to costly mistakes.

Partnering with us ensures you receive senior-level expertise at a fraction of the cost of hiring even a junior admin.

  • How can we guarantee this?

Hi, I’m Jamie, founder of BluePeak. I’ve been part of the Salesforce ecosystem for over a decade, working with nonprofits, educational institutions, RevOps teams, and real estate firms. Along the way, I’ve accumulated seven Salesforce certifications and additional credentials, including Scrum Master.

When you partner with BluePeak, you’ll always work directly with me. This means no lost time or revenue due to turnover. Rest assured, your Salesforce lead will always understand your organization inside and out.

  • At the beginning of our partnership, we’ll set up a regular cadence of ‘office hours’—dedicated time reserved exclusively for your organization. This time can be used for meetings, project collaboration, or general Salesforce enhancements. While we’ll continue working for you throughout the week, these office hours will provide a consistent and dependable touchpoint throughout our partnership.

  • We do that! The difference between us and another firm you might hire is that it’s simply part of our partnership. No scope of work change orders to sign, (read: no unexpected expenses), no additional post-project support contract with limited hours and scope, etc.

  • Every two weeks? 1st and 15th? Monthly on the 5th? if it makes sense to structure our partnership agreement so that billing lines up with your payroll, we can do that. We want working with us to feel as close as possible to hiring your own internal Senior Salesforce Ninja, only budget-friendly. We won’t even ask you for health insurance or a 401k match.

  • If we’re a fit, most or all of your Salesforce needs will fall within our expertise, which includes (but is not limited to):

    • Declarative development

    • Automation

    • User management

    • User training

    • Reports and dashboards

    • Data migration

    • Custom builds (apps, objects, fields, etc.)

    • Integrations of third-party tools or managed packages (Outreach, FormAssembly, etc.)

It’s rare for a client to have needs outside our capabilities, but when it happens, we’re here to help. We’ll act as your advisor, scoping out the work and even interviewing potential candidates (companies or individuals) to get the right fit. Areas we might refer out include:

    • Complex code development (apex, java, etc.)

    • Highly customized integrations (e.g., with proprietary software)
